Why didn’t the sitewide promotion apply to my cart when I have full-priced items alongside a subscription or ritual?

Our system only allows one promotional offer or discount structure per checkout.

When your cart includes items with built-in savings—like a subscription or a ritual—the entire order adopts that specific promotional structure, which prevents additional sitewide promo codes from applying to the remaining full-priced items.
 

• Pre-made rituals already come with a 15% built-in discount. Because a discount offer is active on the cart, additional promo codes cannot be applied to other individual items.

• Subscribing automatically applies 15% off plus Free Shipping to that item. Because subscription perks count as an active promotion, separate sitewide promo codes won't apply to full-priced items in the same order.

• Tiered offers (Build Your Own Ritual, 10% off at $50, or 10% off + a free item at $100) are all-inclusive promotions. Once a tier is unlocked, separate sitewide codes cannot be added on top.
