What will cause my receipt to be rejected?

To avoid a denied submission, please ensure your receipt does not contain any of the following dealbreakers:

Amazon Purchases: Receipts from our official Amazon storefront or third-party Amazon sellers are not accepted.
Past 30 Days: Submissions dated more than 30 days after the original purchase date will automatically be denied.
Blurry or Cropped Photos: If the store name, transaction date, or final product lines are cut off or too blurry to read, our team cannot verify it.
No Eligible Items: The receipt must explicitly show you purchased a qualifying product from our brand.
Duplicate Uploads: Receipts that have already been submitted by you or another account will be flagged and rejected.
