How do I ensure my receipt is approved for Hive Points?

To make sure your receipt upload is approved quickly by our team, please check your image against these best practices before submitting it on your Hive Members page:

Keep it within 30 days: Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days of the original purchase date to be eligible for points.
Show the date clearly: The transaction date and time must be fully visible and easy to read in the photo.
List the relevant items: The specific, eligible products you purchased must be clearly printed on the receipt.
Capture the whole document: Ensure your photo is bright, sharp, and uncropped. We need to see the store name at the top and the totals at the bottom to verify the purchase.
