How do I use the Suppositories?

We suggest using our suppositories 1-2 times a day for 7 days if you are experiencing a PH imbalance.

We suggest inserting the product at night before bed so that the ovule can fully dissolve. If you want to use it twice a day we recommend using it with a pantiliner during the day, to absorb any extra product that may not be absorbed.
