What is the donation process?

Here is the step-by-step process for our donation process:

Review eligibility criteria and gather necessary information. Before applying for a donation, carefully review the eligibility criteria outlined. Ensure that your organization or project aligns with ourmission, values, and focus areas for charitable giving. Collect all relevant information and documentation required for the donation application. This may include details about your organization's mission, objectives, impact, financial information (tax documentation).

Complete donation application form. Fill out the donation form accurately and completely. Provide detailed information about your organization, the specific project or program for which you are seeking products, the intended use of the donation, and any other relevant details requested.

Attach supporting documents. Ensure that you include all necessary supporting documents along with your donation application. This may include your tax information, EIN, and address. Review your donation application thoroughly to check for any errors or omissions. 

Submit application. Once you have completed the donation application and gathered all required documents, submit your application. Please allow sufficient time to review your donation application. We receive many applications and our team reviews each of them carefully. Once we have an update, we will follow up with your organization.
