Honey Pot takes our consumer’s feedback seriously. If you are unsatisfied with your experience with our product, we have engaged a contact center, SafetyCall International, to assist you with your concerns.
SafetyCall International is a 24/7 adverse event management and medical information contact center staffed with licensed healthcare professionals providing triage advice for consumers.
We will notify SafetyCall of your concerns, and you will receive an email from their medical team asking you to contact them, they will provide a phone number and case number for you to contact them, which in turn will help us track your concerns better.
