Unfortunately, when an order is placed with an incorrect address, we are unable to edit your shipping address due to our fulfillment process at the warehouse. Once you receive tracking for your order, you may contact the carrier to update the delivery address.
Note: For future orders, you can edit your shipping address for subscription orders by logging into your account and clicking Subscription Portal.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed on non-subscription orders that have already been placed.
